Perhaps you should consider using the social networking or our call names. It'll more efficient.
[As expected from here, she immediately advises something useful to the younger ones. You can get Sora away from her academy, but that doesn't remove her willingness to be of some help to teens. She's just like this!]
[ Anise may be hard to find after Friday's announcements, but at some point she can be seen at the far end of the lounge, sitting on a couch, curled up in her Nut & Bolt sweats, hugging Tokunaga close to her chest.
When she notices Sora nearby, she quickly rubs her face with her sleeve, but it's easy enough to read the vibes. They're bad! This is bad. ]
I don't get it... How could all of this happen so suddenly?
[Yeah, that's the million dollar question here, really. How did this happen so suddenly...]
I don't know that yet -- but what I do know is that you and the rest of us will have to figure that out ourselves.
[Because Sora doesn't really trust the senior officers to really give them information that hasn't been filtered through the company's protocols. How much can that be trusted, really]
Do you feel capable of facing what might be a harsh truth, Ms Tatlin?
[Sora doesn't suspect yet one of the junior crew is a killer, really, she's saying it in a general manner because no way this was a peaceful passing for either victim. The truth will be ugly, she's sure]
[ anise is just loitering somewhere after the trial. she's kind of really upset about this!! her outward reaction seems to be understating her actual feelings. ]
[Perhaps it's not surprising what Sora asks next, though:]
Are you satisfied, Ms. Tatlin? This all turned out to be harsher than I imagined when I said it could be, but...do you feel better knowing what you now know?]
[Which, if you're generous, yes, it means he wouldn't be happy. Sora is more of the opinion he wouldn't have gone out of his way to confess to everyone he was the culprit]
[Once another tragedy. Sora is at the barriers set outside the medbay, looking at it fornlorn]
...I know it was a necessity to keep the medical bay closed since it must be related to the incident, but I dislike that anyway. There are injured people among us.
[Well, not so injured thanks to the wonders of technology, but still! Sora turns her head around when she notices Anise]
Are you alright, Ms. Tatlin? I understand this repeating is far from desirable.
Of course it's really bad. That said-- [After a moment, Sora nods to herself] --as long as you psyche yourself to go through it, I'll send you a gift after the trial is over. Just trying to give you something to work hard for.
[Sora isn't trying to be condescending or anything, she's trying to give an incentive for Anise to keep her wits sharp]
[ some time while sora is in one of the lodges on the new planet, anise comes in from outside! she's wearing a warm coat, but from the redness in her nose and ears and the snow caked on her clothes, it looks like she's been out for a while. ]
Aaahh, it's really cold out there! Hey, do they have any warm drinks in here?
If they do, you'd do well in asking for the details of what it's made of. Never assume anything you find far from home is safe for you.
[Life lessons with Sora Jingu. Next she'll tell you to not drink tap water when traveling, hah! But, truthfully, this advice probably is...really, really valuable when you're visiting planets away from your home]
[ later in the day, anise is at the rec room, sitting at a table. she's making a little house of cards, or trying to. it's not very tall. Tokunaga is seated on the table, evidently to oversee the project.
it's a little hard to gauge her mood. it's maybe a little contemplative? when sora comes near, she'll speak up. ]

By Tuesday, Sora wasn't doing too hot.
When Anise encountered her, in one of the hallways, Sora was walking down it, without a concrete destination. Her steps were slow, her countenance pale...and her gaze a little unfocused. She looked overwhelmed, truthfully. When she sees Anise not too far away from herself, Sora doesn't even greet.
No need to greet, though, because what comes needs no word from Sora. The memoryshare has been merciless with Sora Jingu.
And now, she's going to get once another bitter reminder. One she had already seen too many times during the last 24 hours...
Anise got an answer she had been seeking, and more information than she bargained for. Not only she has a better idea of what an Ideal is and why Sora protects it so badly, but also now knows the woman standing in front of her is nothing more than trouble. Absorbed people, among them the husband she had been talking about so much? The son, who she had mentioned at least once before during that same spiel? Absorbed who knows how many more...? And isn't even Sora Jingu, but a pale shadow of that woman, wished by Yugo Jingu in the depths of grief?
Sora doesn't even react much, having stared in direction of the memory playing out in the void. When it ends, she turns her head towards Anise]
[Sora nods upon the question. Her tone is conversational, but a little flat, as if she was trying to make it the factual truth, but her voice wavers every bit in a while. Sora Jingu really seems at the edge of a breakdown.
This entity isn't breaking under the weight of the murdergame, she came into it already broken...but there's something about it all that makes it really hard to pity. Maybe that she's...unnatural. Wrong]
There was so much before, but now only a small piece remains...but as long as it exists, as long as it's...here...in this ship...
[She goes to answer the next question]
...why, I'm...Sora Jingu. The wife of Yugo Jingu. He loves her, she loves him. I protect the...the world from distortions. I protected his world...I saved him from death when he was about to perish, and now I protect my world: the one in which he exists. [She puts a hand on her chest] As long as the Ideal exists, he's still here within me. Our son is still here within me. The students, the faculty they loved is still here...all of them safe and happy.
[Yeah. She really did absorb more than a hundred people -- the majority of people present in the Academy during the events of Monark]
...I won't let go of the love...I don't want to let go. I have to be Sora Jingu.
[She's sincere, she truly loves Yugo with all her being, but...it isn't right. Yugo threw himself into a delusion of the love he and the real Sora had, and little by little throughout the years the entity began to actually get fixated on him, coming as close to love as a thing like her could be.
That's better destroyed. Too bad the guy is too dead for it to be any good for him now]

Ms. Anise.

Are you going around introducing yourself to everyone?
[Sora does like polite people, especially when they're young. Politeness goes a long way]

It's possible -- it might have been something Mr. Eunhyuk had all along. You'll have to ask him for details, if he's willing to give him.
It might be quite personal, after all.
